Parent or guardian consent may be required before a minor can participate in certain services, particularly private coaching sessions.
A minor may be permitted to access educational portions of A-1 Mindset while consent is pending where permitted by the platform.
A-1 Mindset may restrict private coaching, scheduling, or other features until required consent has been received.

- Sport
- Competitive level
- Experience
- Areas of focus
- Coach experience
- Availability
- Scheduling
- Other information provided through A-1 Mindset
Coach matching does not guarantee compatibility or any particular athletic, academic, personal, recruiting, or performance outcome.
A-1 Mindset may change an assigned coach when reasonably necessary because of availability, staffing, scheduling, safety, or operational considerations.
6. Coach and athlete communication
Where available, athletes and coaches may communicate through A-1 Mindset's internal messaging system.
Users must communicate respectfully and appropriately.
Harassment, threats, sexual or inappropriate communications, abusive conduct, discriminatory conduct, solicitation, and other inappropriate behavior are prohibited.
A-1 Mindset may restrict or suspend messaging privileges when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform.
A-1 messaging should not be used for emergencies or urgent medical or mental health situations.
7. Training modules and educational content
A-1 Mindset training materials are provided for personal educational and performance development use.
Access to training may be released according to schedules, membership permissions, organization permissions, free trial permissions, or assignments established by A-1 Mindset.
A-1 Performance Coaches may assign or unlock training when permitted by the platform.
Completing A-1 training does not guarantee improved athletic performance or any specific result.
8. Journaling
A-1 Mindset may provide journaling and reflection tools.
Users should understand that digital information carries inherent privacy and security risks.
Users should avoid entering information they do not want stored electronically.
A-1 journaling should not be used as a substitute for communicating urgent safety, medical, or mental health concerns to an appropriate parent, guardian, professional, emergency service, or other appropriate person.
9. Free trials
A-1 Mindset may offer eligible users a free trial or promotional experience.
A free trial may include access to one selected training module and a complimentary coaching session.
Free trial features, duration, eligibility, and availability may change.
A-1 Mindset may require completion of the selected training module and complimentary coaching session before certain membership offers become available.
A-1 Mindset may limit free trials to one per person and may prevent attempts to obtain multiple free trials through multiple accounts or email addresses.
Completing a free trial does not automatically enroll a user in a paid membership.
10. Memberships and billing
Certain A-1 Mindset services require a paid membership.
Membership prices and included features are displayed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, monthly memberships automatically renew each month until canceled.
By purchasing a recurring membership, the purchaser authorizes the applicable recurring membership charge using the selected payment method.
Payments and subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe.
A-1 Mindset is the seller of record for all orders. Payment processing, billing, and subscription transactions are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds, cancellations, and customer service inquiries are handled by A-1 Mindset according to our published policies.
Users may also be subject to applicable Stripe payment terms.
A-1 Mindset does not directly require users to provide complete payment card information to A-1 Mindset when payment information is securely collected by the applicable payment provider.
11. Membership cancellation
Members may cancel recurring memberships through available subscription management tools.
Unless otherwise stated during purchase, cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
Cancellation generally does not immediately terminate access for a billing period that has already been paid.
Paid membership access may remain available until the applicable paid subscription period expires.
12. Refunds
Purchases are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method via Stripe, subject to Stripe's processing procedures and applicable law.
13. Coaching sessions and session credits
Certain memberships may include private coaching sessions.
Members may also have the ability to purchase additional coaching sessions.
A-1 Mindset may internally represent available coaching sessions through session credits or "Coaching Coins."
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Coaching Coins:

- Cannot be sold
- Cannot be transferred
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- May only be used for eligible A-1 Mindset coaching services
One Coaching Coin currently represents one eligible 30 minute private coaching session where applicable.
A-1 Mindset may change or discontinue promotional or earned credit programs prospectively.
14. Scheduling, rescheduling and missed sessions
Users are responsible for attending scheduled coaching sessions on time.
A-1 Mindset may establish reasonable scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling requirements.
Repeated missed appointments or abuse of scheduling features may result in scheduling restrictions.
A-1 Performance Coaches may occasionally need to reschedule because of illness, emergency, availability, or other circumstances.

Schools, athletic departments, teams, clubs, academies, and other organizations may provide A-1 Mindset access through organization memberships, programs, invitations, or claim codes.
